Jason Williams has agreed to a one-year, two-way deal with the Pittsburgh Pegnuins. Williams will earn $600,000 if he spends the season in the NHL, but he'll probably start the 2011-12 campaign in the minors. That being said, Williams might be one of the first players the Penguins call up if one of their forwards suffers an injury. He had two goals and five points in 27 games with the Dallas Stars last season.
