Jason Spezza exited for the locker room with 2:50 left in the second period following a hit from Rangers defenseman Marc Staal. The Ottawa center appeared to sustain a stinger on the play, but he returned for the third frame and appears to be alright. Spezza has accounted for no goals and two assists in four games versus New York in Ottawa's quarterfinal playoff series.
