Jason Garrison has answered the Vancouver Canucks' need for a right-side defenseman. Even though Garrison is a left-handed shot and has played mostly as a left-side blueliner, the Canucks switched him over to the right side and coach Alain Vigneault says he's been a blessing. "Jason has been really, really, really efficient," stated Vigneault said Friday. "For someone who originally had some reserve about playing the right side, he hasn't been awkward at all as far as turning and going back for pucks and finding the outlet pass. He's been really good."
