Jason Arnott is slated to miss a week after undergoing surgery on Wednesday morning to remove a cataract in his right eye. The St. Louis center was dealing with the ailment on Monday during practice, but the procedure was not serious. Arnott is projected to return three days before the Blues host Nashville in their regular season opener on October 8th.
