Jaromir Jagr's camp and the Dallas Stars have started to discuss a contract extension, sources tell ESPN's Pierre LeBrun. Despite his advanced age, the 41-year-old Jagr is leading the Stars in goals (14) and points (25) this season. The talks come after Jagr's name started to circulate within trade rumors but the contract talks don't preclude Jagr from being moved for the right price. Whatever the case, it's clear Jagr will spend at least one more year in the NHL after this season.
