Jaromir Jagr tallied four goals in three preseason games for the Flyers, prompting coach Peter Laviolette to proclaim, "He's clearly still got it." The veteran scorer downplayed his success, but Laviolette is excited about what Jagr can bring to his lineup. "He brings a lot of experience, a lot of offense, a lot of options in different areas - for our lines, for our power play," said Philadelphia's bench boss. "He's been great ... He possesses the puck. He makes plays. He gets his shots off quick." Jagr is slated to start the season with Claude Giroux and James van Riemsdyk as his linemates. We would temper our expectations for him this campaign, but he should be interesting to watch.
