Jarome Iginla is due to become an unrestricted free agent at the conclusion of the 2012-13 season. With the NHL and the player association at loggerheads over the lack of a CBA, it is possible that Iginla also has played his last game for the only NHL team that he has played for, after he was dealt while still a junior from Dallas, the team that drafted him, to the Flames. There has been no reports if the Flames and Iginla exchanged any figures over the off-season, but hopefully the face of the franchise will return next season to Calgary.
