James Reimer has signed a two-year, $4.6 million contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs. Reimer had an arbitration hearing scheduled with the Maple Leafs for Monday. He lost the starting job to Jonathan Bernier last season and has reportedly requested a trade. The Maple Leafs might still be able to accommodate his request, but most teams are already locked in when it comes to their goaltending, so Toronto only has a limited number of potential trading partners.
