James Reimer didn't get a chance to play Tuesday despite a pair of losses with Jonathan Bernier between the pipes. While it certainly seems to look like the Leafs are leaning more toward Bernier, Reimer may not have been chosen to start because he was dealing with "a little bit of the flu," which he got over the weekend. Reimer said he could've played though, so that explanation might not be very viable. Bernier halted his two-game losing slide with a 4-2 win over Anaheim Tuesday night. The Leafs play Columbus on Friday and Pittsburgh on Saturday, so Reimer will probably get back into the crease for one of those contests.
