Jake Muzzin seems to have learned a lot from his rookie season, and recognizes his need to improve his consistency. "I need to continue to improve on getting better and making myself even more consistent on the ice and being more confident, and to get a little bit stronger and faster. [I'll] go from there," Muzzin said. The 23-year-old rookie defenseman had a solid debut campaign, with 16 points in 45 regular season games. Despite a few healthy scratches, Muzzin bounced back quickly from these hiccups, a good sign for his future. He looks to be a key piece on the Kings blueline in 2013-2014.
