Jake Muzzin gave the Los Angeles Kings a 1-0 lead in the first period of their playoff game Sunday night before they crumbled and were trounced 7-2 by the Sharks in San Jose. The loss put the Kings at a 2-0 disadvantage in their opening-round, best-of-seven series with the Sharks. Trevor Lewis had the other Los Angeles goal, also in the first period. The Sharks then proceeded to wipe out the Kings' 2-0 lead by scoring seven consecutive goals in the second and third periods.
