It isn't clear if Peter Mueller will get a qualifying offer from the Florida Panthers. He could still return to the team if he doesn't get one, but in that situation he would be eligible to listen to other offers via unrestricted free agency. Mueller posted eight goals and 17 points in 43 games for Florida in 2013.
