Foegele (upper body) signed a three-year, $8.25 million contract extension with the Oilers on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The Oilers wasted little time in locking Foegele up long term after acquiring him from Carolina via trade Wednesday. He's expected to occupy a middle-six role in the top-heavy Edmonton forward group.
