Savard appeared in 54 games split between the Blue Jackets and Lightning last season, posting six points, an ugly minus-27 rating, 69 shots, 132 hits and 109 blocks over that span. Savard is excellent in his own end, so his ugly plus-minus rating from a year ago can be chalked up as an aberration, but he won't produce much offense from the blue line, limiting his fantasy value to formats that heavily reward hits and blocks.
