In all likelihood, Rick Nash (concussion) will not be available for what would have been his first game against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday. Nash used to be the face of the Blue Jackets' franchise, but he demanded a trade and was sent to the Rangers in the summer of 2012. The lockout kept the two teams from meeting in the shortened 2013 campaign, but thanks to the realignment, they're now in the same division. Unfortunately, Nash has been out since Oct. 8 and there's been nothing to suggest that he's close to returning.
