Hoffman (lower body) was on the ice for practice Tuesday, but left early, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.

EDGE Analysis

Hoffman missed Saturday's game against the Coyotes because of the issue, but returned to the ice briefly Monday. He did leave practice early, but fortunately for him, the Senators don't play again until Wednesday, giving him time to rest in between games. His progression through practice over the next couple of days should give a better indication of his status heading into the contest.
