Ho-Sang was sent to Bridgeport of the AHL on Thursday, Arthur Staple of Newsday reports.

EDGE Analysis

This is not bad news as it was expected all along that Ho-Sang would begin this season in the AHL. He played very well this preseason and has rebuilt his reputation after showing up late to the first day of camp last season. He remains one of the top Islander prospects.
