Henrik Sedin stated Friday that he isn't surprised by the NHL's cancellation of the Winter Classic. "I don't really think anything surprises us anymore with the owners in the league," Henrik said. "I mean, it's one of those things where I think they have a timeline, or a time limit, or a time plan. They are the ones cancelling things. It's up to them." Sedin has been practicing with the UBC Thunderbirds in order to remain in shape and both he and brother Daniel have stated they don't anticipate looking for employment overseas until the possibility of cancelling the entire NHL season is discussed.
