He scored the Rangers' first goal, assisted on Ryan McDonagh's power-play tally, and set up Carl Hagelin's empty netter. Hayes had cooled off recently, with just two points in the prior six games, but he's had an excellent rookie year nonetheless, with 43 points to his credit despite relatively limited ice time.
