Hanzal (illness) hasn't practiced or appeared in game action at all this week, Michael Russo of the Star Tribune reports.

A 10-year veteran of the league but a newcomer to the Wild, Hanzal missed the last three contests on a five-game road trip as he deals with a Norovirus, which is highly contagious and known as the "winter vomiting bug." He'll presumably need to get in a practice or two before rejoining the lineup, and at this point, his status for Saturday's game against the Rangers looks gloomy at best.
