Playing in just his second career game -- the first was Sunday -- the 24-year-old blueliner made a stunning impact, helping out on Torrey Mitchell's game-opening tally and Mike Brown's second-period goal that gave Montreal a 3-2 lead at the time. That said, he played only 12:17, which is an awfully low mark for a defenseman, and Hanley's lack of production at the AHL level means this was likely nothing more than a flash in the pan.
