Goaltender James Reimer turned aside 49 shots in regulation and overtime before he and the Toronto Maple Leafs prevailed 2-1 in a shootout against the visiting Washington Capitals Saturday night. Reimer stopped three of the four shots he faced in the shootout after the Leafs were outshot 50-28 in regulation and OT. Reimer has a 2.25 goals-against average and a .970 save percentage this season.
