Goaltender Frederik Andersen made 27 saves in regulation and overtime before he and the Ducks defeated the Kings 4-3 in a shootout in Los Angeles Saturday night. Andersen now has a record of 20-5, a GAA of 2.29 and a save percentage of .923. He had been out for three games with a head injury. Anaheim will play the Dallas Stars in the Western Conference first round series in the Stanley Cup playoffs next week. The Ducks needed one point and they secured it by going to overtime after they traded late third-period goals with the Kings in the season-series finale.
