Gibson wasn't sharp Wednesday, but at least he did enough to leave with the win. However, his yo-yo season continues, as Gibson has allowed three goals or more in six of his past nine starts but just three total over the other three games. At this point, it's difficult to start Gibson with confidence. The talent and upside are unquestioned, though, so it isn't time to cut ties with the 23-year-old backstop.
