Gibson made his season debut in relief of Anton Khudobin Tuesday and did not disappoint. He made 19 saves on 20 shots to lead Anaheim to a 5-3 victory over the Flames.

EDGE Analysis

The only blemish on Gibson's night was a goal allowed off an own-zone turnover by the Ducks' defense. Other than that, the 22-year-old netminder was fantastic and should be in line for more work with how inconsistent Khudobin and starter Frederik Andersen have been this season.
