Jarry turned aside 26 of 28 shots in Tuesday's 6-2 win over Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry was rock-solid in the season opener against the defending Stanley Cup champion, holding the Lightning off the board for 40-plus minutes. Anthony Cirelli finally spoiled Jarry's shutout bid with an extra-attacker goal at 14:37 of the final frame, and Alex Killorn added another tally 2:26 later. Expect Jarry to shoulder the majority of the workload for Pittsburgh between the pipes once again in 2021-22 after appearing in 39 games a year ago.
