Nedeljkovic was pulled after two periods in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Blues. He allowed three goals on 18 shots.
EDGE Analysis
Nedeljkovic's stat line wasn't horrible, but coach Jeff Blashill felt that he should have had Colton Parayko's second-period marker, which Parayko stuffed in after a rebound squeaked through the netminder. Unfortunately for Detroit, Blashill's decision to bring in Thomas Greiss didn't pay off, as Greiss gave up two goals on seven shots and the Blues added an empty-netter after pulling away. Nedeljkovic was saddled with the loss, dropping his record to 8-5-3. He has a solid .915 save percentage overall but has gone three consecutive starts without topping .875.
