Gaustad was held off the scoresheet for the 13th time in the past 14 games Sunday against the Ducks. However, he delivered four hits for the fourth straight game, and added two blocked shots, and won 57% of his faceoffs (12-for-21). As the Preds' fourth-line center, scoring is not one of Gaustad's primary responsibilities. However, he does provide fantasy value in those leagues that reward more than goals and assists. He currently ranks second on the team in hits (124), sixth in blocked shots (51) and he's one of the top faceoff men in the league (.570 success rate).
