Gardiner set up two goals, including one on the power play, in Saturday's 5-1 win over Edmonton. He now has three helpers (two on the PP) in his last two games. He has just 14 points in 51 games this season and his minus-20 is horrific. Yet those who follow advanced stats will tell you he's one of the Leafs' best. Advanced stats may be catching on in the NHL, but they're not used much in fantasy. So his value continues to be mediocre at best.
