Gardiner (lower body) will be a game-time decision Saturday against the Rangers, Jonas Siegel of TSN Radio 1050 reports. Gardiner took part in the Leafs' morning skate and said he felt fine, but he'll be examined in pregame warmups before the team signs off on his return to the lineup. Even prior to suffering the injury, Gardiner had been off to an uninspiring start to the season, contributing two points in 11 games.
