Galchenyuk was moved back to the wing and scored a goal in Saturday night's 6-4 win over the Islanders. Galchenyuk had been working as a center the past month or so and, after a promising start, his effectiveness started to wane. He was losing more faceoffs than winning, and wasn't making an impact in the middle of the ice where there were more bodies.
