Gabriel Landeskog reportedly broke a pane of glass in frustration after his Swedish team, Djurgardens, sank even further in the standings. Djurgardens was at ninth place at the time in the HockeyAllsvenskan, which is the second highest tier of Swedish hockey. Landeskog was sorry for his actions. When Landeskog left Djurgardens to first play in North America, his team was part of the Swedish Elite League. However, they slipped during his absence and were relegated to the second tier league. So far Landeskog's return during the lockout hasn't been enough to get them back on track to re-enter the Swedish Elite League.
