Gaborik (foot) will not be available Wednesday against the Islanders, LA Kings Insider Jon Rosen reports.

Gaborik, who was injured during the World Cup of Hockey, seems to be close to returning to the lineup and has not been ruled out Saturday. Once healthy, the veteran figures to slide back up to the Kings' top line as well as taking over his usual spot on the power play. 2015-16 was a down year for the winger, but he remains one of the top players in the league.
