Fraser signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Devils on Thursday and was re-added to AHL Albany's roster, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports. Fraser had previously been on an AHL-only deal, so the new contract will allow him to report to the Devils should the team require a call-up on the blue line. He was placed on waivers earlier in the day to facilitate the transaction, and predictably went unclaimed.
