The rookie led AHL Milwaukee in scoring last season with 50 points in 66 games, and he's held his own at hockey's highest level with 11 points in 41 games; that might not cause your jaw to drop, but it's a decent output for a guy locked into a bottom-six role. By holding Fiala out, it will allow journeyman P.A. Parenteau to make his Predators debut.
