Faulk (leg) will not play against the Jets on Tuesday, but he'll travel to Ottawa ahead of Thursday's match with the Senators, Chip Alexander of the Raleigh News & Observer reports.

He'll reportedly attempt to go through a full practice Wednesday, and that should give the team a good indication of his readiness to play the day after. Unfortunately, he also carries a minus-13 rating which is tied with forward Brock McGinn for the worst mark of any Hurricane.
