Fasth has yet to see any action this preseason. This probably doesn't mean all that much as Ben Scrivens has only played in one game. The Edmonton coaching has stated over and over again that the starting job in net is an open competition between Scrivens and Fasth but most pundits think that is just talk and that the job is Scrivens' to lose.
