Daccord stopped 29 of 32 shots in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to New Jersey. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.
EDGE Analysis
Daccord kept his team in it while it was all Devils for the first 30 minutes, allowing a pair of goals 1:40 apart in the first but nothing else. Seattle clawed its way back into the game after that but was never able to tie it, as New Jersey got one more past Daccord in the latter stages of the second period. The 25-year-old netminder showed he can be relied upon to back up Philipp Grubauer while Chris Driedger nurses an undisclosed injury, but that's not exactly a fruitful fantasy role, especially with the Kraken off to a 1-3-1 start.
