Cernak (lower body) was downgraded to week-to-week and won't be back until after the Christmas break, Bryan Burns of the Lightning's official site reports.

Considering Cernak has been on the shelf for three games already, he will almost certainly be placed on injured reserve in the coming days. It's the second extended injury absence for the blueliner this season, as he has been limited to just 15 games in which he tallied one goal, three assists and 34 shots.
