Eichel (upper body) left Thursday's game versus the Panthers after the second period and won't return, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.

Eichel blocked a shot with his arm or hand late in the second period. He was able to initially tough it out, but he didn't join the Golden Knights on the bench in the third and was later ruled out. Vegas enters Saturday with the daunting task of facing the Kings without up to four of their preferred top-six forwards -- Eichel should be considered day-to-day until more information emerges.
