Evgeni Nabokov turned aside 28 of 29 shots in a 4-1 win Saturday. Nabokov has allowed two or fewer goals in three straight contests. He's taken advantage of Al Montoya and Rick DiPietro's injuries to position himself as the team's starting goaltender. It's still not known when Montoya or DiPietro will return, but Nabokov will continue to get the vast majority of the Islanders' starts until they're healthy.
