Evgeni Nabokov stopped 21 of 24 shots in a 4-2 loss to the New York Rangers on Thursday night. His record dropped to 2-6-0 as a result of the defeat. With Rick DiPietro and Al Montoya out with injuries, Nabokov has a shot to see the lion share of the starts for the Islanders. However, he isn't a very safe option between the pipes right now.
