Evgeni Malkin racked up 12 minutes in penalties, but didn't record a point in Metallurg Magnitogorsk's 4-3 loss in overtime to Vityaz on Wednesday.

He was assessed a two-minute infraction for kneeing plus 10 minutes for abuse of officials and unsportsmanlike conduct in the extra session. Malkin currently sits third in the KHL scoring race with 33 points (11 goals, 22 assists) in 25 games.
