Erik Karlsson scored in Jokerit's 5-1 victory over Hameenlinna. It was Karlsson's first game in SM-liiga. Karlsson will try to stay sharp so that he'll be ready for the start of the 2012-13 NHL season if the union and owners come to an agreement in time to save it. Karlsson took a huge step forward in 2011-12 with 19 goals and 78 points in 81 games.
