Eric Staal displayed some frustration close to the end of Tuesday's loss to Tampa Bay when he dropped the gloves and intended to fight Adam Hall. He was assessed two minutes for roughing on the play. The Hurricanes have started the 2013 season 0-2, but a much more composed Staal spoke to the media after the game. "You never want to lose two straight, but we've got a lot of hockey left," said the Canes captain. "We'll regroup, refocus and get better." Staal has registered 10 shots, including seven versus the Lightning, in the first two games of the year, but he is still searching for his first point.
