Enstrom was left unprotected by the Jets ahead of Wednesday's NHL expansion draft, TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Enstrom recently agreed to waive his no-move clause, so the writing was already on the wall for him to be one of the Jets' selections to go unprotected. The 32-year-old veteran defender was limited to just 60 games during the 2016-17 campaign, keeping him to a career-low 14 points, while also having 24 hits and 94 blocked shots. With Enstrom available to be selected by Vegas, the Jets were able to protect the likes of Dustin Byfuglien, Jacob Trouba and Tyler Myers.
