The Sabres didn't have a skate Tuesday morning because they're playing back-to-back, but have made Eichel officially available as he goes head-to-head against Connor McDavid. High-ankle sprains are tough injuries to come back from, and given Eichel's triumphant return with three goals in four games, it would've been a big blow had he suffered a setback.
