Dustin Penner was bumped to the fourth line at Saturday's practice. In six games with the Capitals, he hasn't earned a point and has a minus-1 rating with nine shots. Penner may need more time to adjust to his new team, but points are valuable this time of the year in fantasy hockey so it might be safe to drop him if you haven't already done so.
