Dustin Penner was a healthy scratch on Tuesday. It was the second time in 10 days that Penner was a healthy scratch as coach Bruce Boudreau was not pleased with his effort on Sunday. Penner is having a fine fantasy season with 10 goals, 24 points and a plus-18 rating in 33 games but his lack of playing time of late is a major cause of concern.
