Dustin Penner skated on Sunday for the first time since suffering a mild concussion on October 20. Penner was injured when he was hit by Ryan Garbutt, a hit that cost Garbutt a five game suspension. Penner will try skating again on Monday. It was the second concussion that Penner has incurred with the first coming in 2005 while in the AHL. "I missed three, four days," Penner said. "It was the playoffs and I had the whole summer to rest after that. It'll be interesting to see how I bounce back after this one. I've improved ten-fold after falling asleep on the ice last Sunday."
